You may have the headset enabled on the phone. While on
hook dial #04 to disable the headset now lift the handset to hear confirmation
tone. Test the phone you should be able to hang up without pressing the
speaker key.

You have disabled your automatic break through in the speaker
phone. To re-enable, place handset on cradle and dial #34 and lift the
handset to hear the confirmation tone. Have someone call your extension to
test.

You may have a bad handset cord. Try replacing it with a new one. If the problem persists call a
technician.

Make sure you use a six conductor reversing line cord. If the problem persists call a technician.

Yes, first unplug your phone from the wall, spray some Windex onto a cloth or paper towel (DO
NOT SPRAY DIRECTLY ONTO THE PHONE!!), gently wipe down the surface of the phone, handset and cradle,
when phone is dry plug it back into the wall.

Setting Time and Date
1.While on hook press SPCL 41 to set the time.
2.Your display will read TIME XX:XX.
3.Enter two digits for the hour (00-24) and two digits for the minutes (00-59).
4.Lift and replace the handset. You hear a confirmation tone.
5.While on hook press SPCL42 to set the date and day.
6.The display shows: DATE DAY MON XX
7.Press the asterisk( * ) until the correct month is displayed. Then press pound (#).
8.Press the asterisk( * ) until the correct date is displayed.
9.Lift and replace handset. You hear a confirmation tone.
10.While on hook press SPCL 43 to set the year.
11.Your display will read YEAR:XXX
12.Enter four digits for the year

Get your first party on the line then press the CNF
button. Next get the next party on the line and press CNF. Do this
until you have all parties on the line that you want (up to 5 internal or
external parties). To bring all the parties together press the CNF key one
additional time, (i.e. for a three party conference you will press the CNF key 4
times).

Yes. To activate the headset perform the following
steps:
While on hook dial #04 to disable the headset
now lift the handset to hear confirmation tone. Note that pressing #04
enables and disables this feature, you will also need to press the speaker key
to disconnect and transfer the call.
